Starting Pay: $36.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

Position Overview

As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care that supports each client’s safety, comfort, and independence in their home.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects

• Take and monitor vital signs

• Provide wound care and other nursing treatments

• Assist with comfort measures and patient care needs

• Monitor catheters and collect specimens when needed

• Accompany clients to medical appointments when required

• Support and guide caregiving staff as appropriate

• Perform tracheostomy care when applicable

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Home health or direct patient care experience preferred

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
