NeuroCare Home Health provides personalized one-on-one in-home care for individuals with neurological injuries, including spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries. We focus on building strong caregiver-client relationships through consistent, meaningful care.

Available Shifts

• 12-hour Day Shifts

• Night shifts available

• Weekend shifts available

• Flexible scheduling based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Prepare meals and support basic nutrition needs

• Provide medication reminders

• Observe and report changes in condition

• Support individuals with neurological or physical disabilities

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Passion for helping others maintain independence
