Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregivers to provide overnight care for clients who require support, structure, and reassurance through the night. This role is especially well-suited for caregivers with experience in dementia care who value calm, meaningful one-on-one work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals or snacks as needed

• Provide companionship and overnight supervision

• Assist with transportation to appointments or activities when applicable

• Observe, document, and report changes in condition

• Perform basic care tasks such as checking vital signs and medication reminders

• Support emotional comfort and safety throughout the night

Qualifications & Experience

• Understanding of dementia-related behaviors and family dynamics

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to care

• Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred
