What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and overall physical well-being
• Preparing meals based on dietary needs and assisting with feeding when required
• Understanding modified diets and thickened liquid requirements
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Identifying and reducing fall risks
• Escorting clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in condition
• Working closely with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to assist with lifting and personal care tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
