What You Earn

• $15–$17 per hour base pay depending on skill and experience

• + $8 premium for shifts under 3 hours

• $100 bonus for every 100 hours worked

• Time and a half for overtime and holidays

• Weekly direct deposit

The Type of Work You’ll Do

This is real caregiving, not entry-level companionship.

You’ll provide:

• Fall prevention and safety supervision

• Transfers using Hoyer lift and gait belt

• Personal hygiene and bathing assistance

• Support with activities of daily living

• Hospice support

• Memory care

• Medication reminders

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Transportation to appointments

• Creating a safe home environment

If you take pride in skilled, hands-on care, you’ll feel valued here.

Who This Is For

You must have:

• At least 1 year of professional in-home caregiving experience

• Healthcare training, license, or certification

• Experience with personal care and transfers

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (we cover the cost)

Shift Availability

Weekend openings available

Typical shift window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
