Overview

• We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in various settings, including home care, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is essential; certification is a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia is highly valued.
• Ability to perform patient observation and monitor changes in health status effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client support.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow instructions accurately is required.
