The Pay You Deserve

We believe in being straight with you about money. No surprises.

• Full-Time Yearly Pay: $36,000 – $39,000
• Part-Time Yearly Pay: $20,000 – $26,000
• Starting Hourly: $15 – $17 (depending on your experience).
• Weekly Pay: Get your money every week via direct deposit.

Bonus for Short Shifts: We know short shifts can be a hassle. That’s why we pay an extra $8 per hour for any 2-hour or 3-hour shift.

What We’re Looking For

If you are a professional who takes pride in your work, we want to meet you. You just need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of in-home caregiving.
• Skills: You must be comfortable using a Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt.
• License: A valid driver’s license and a reliable car you can use for work.
• Driving: You’ll need to drive clients around the Greater Milwaukee area.
• Background: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check on your first day.
