In-Home Caregiver – Waukesha, WI

Full Time and Part Time Opportunities

Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour based on experience

Additional $8 per hour for all 2–3 hour shifts

Requirements

• Applicants must have:
• Minimum 1 year of in-home caregiving experience
• Experience using Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to transport clients
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Shift Availability

Common shift windows:

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekday and weekend openings available.

Daily Responsibilities

• Fall prevention and safety supervision
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Memory care and hospice support
• Companionship and engagement
• Transportation to appointments
• Maintaining a safe home environment
