Caregiver – Greater Milwaukee Area

Full Time | Part Time

Pay: $15–$17 per hour based on experience

Additional $8 per hour for all 2–3 hour shifts

We are actively hiring skilled in-home caregivers throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. We provide consistent client assignments, predictable weekly schedules, and respectful management support.

Income Potential

Full-time caregivers may earn $36,000–$39,000 annually

Part-time caregivers may earn $20,000–$26,000 annually

Short visits are paid fairly. Longer assignments offer stability.

Requirements – Apply Only If Qualified

• Minimum 1 year of in-home caregiving experience
• Skilled with Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt transfers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable driving clients locally
• Able to pass drug screen and background check
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Prefer steady, repeat weekly schedules

Shift Availability

Weekday and weekend openings.

Common shift windows:

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Same clients.

Same days.

Same schedule each week.

No rotating assignments.

No last-minute reshuffling.

All 2 and 3 hour shifts receive an additional $8 per hour.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Fall prevention and safety monitoring
• Transfers using Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
• Bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Hospice and memory care support
• Companionship and engagement
• Transportation to errands and appointments
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
