Earning Potential:

• Top caregivers earn $36,000 to $39,000 per year.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 1 year of in-home caregiving experience.
• Are skilled in transfers using a Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Are comfortable driving clients to appointments and errands within Waukesha and surrounding areas.
• Can pass a drug screen and criminal background check on Day 1.

Consistent Schedules You Can Rely On

Available Shifts:

• Weekdays and weekends
• Shift times include:
• 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• The same shifts, on the same days, every week. No cherry-picking shifts.

Short Shifts with Extra Pay:

We understand the importance of making short shifts worthwhile. All 2-3 hour shifts come with an additional $8 per hour.

What Your Day Will Look Like (Skilled Care Only):

This is hands-on caregiving with clients who value trust and consistency. Your day will involve:

• Standby assistance and fall-risk monitoring
• Transfers using Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
• Assistance with daily living activities as per care plans
• Hospice support
• Companionship and engaging conversations
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Mental and physical stimulation
• Memory care support
• Driving clients to appointments and errands within Franklin
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

Screening and Safety:

Your safety, and that of our clients, is a top priority. A drug screen and background check are required prior to orientation. We’ve streamlined the process so you can get started quickly with clear expectations.
