This Role Is a Strong Fit If You Are Experienced and Reliable

We are looking for skilled, professional caregivers who take pride in their work.

You are a good fit if you have:

• At least 1 year of in-home caregiving experience

• Hands-on experience with Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt transfers

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle

• Comfort driving clients in Greater Milwaukee and nearby areas

• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check on Day 1

• A desire for consistent, predictable weekly schedules

Short Shifts With Extra Pay

We know short shifts still cost you time and energy.

All 2- and 3-hour shifts receive an additional $8 per hour on top of your base pay.

This is hands-on caregiving for clients who value consistency, trust, and professionalism.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Standby assist and fall-risk monitoring

• Transfers using Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt

• Personal care including bathing, toileting, and grooming

• Assistance with daily living activities based on care plans

• Hospice support

• Companionship and genuine conversation

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Medication reminders

• Mental and physical stimulation

• Memory care support

• Driving clients to errands and appointments

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
