Minimum Qualifications (Required)

You must have all of the following:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Your own reliable vehicle
  • Willingness and ability to drive clients
  • Relevant healthcare training, license, or certification (CNA preferred)
  • At least 1 year of professional in-home caregiving experience
  • Hands-on skills beyond companionship, including:
  • Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
  • Transfers
  • Hoyer lift
  • Gait belt
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
  • (We pay for both — completed before orientation)

  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (various schedule options)

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

This is hands-on, professional caregiving.

You will assist with:

  • Fall risk monitoring and stand-by assist
  • Transfers using Hoyer lift and gait belt
  • Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
  • ADLs following customized care plans
  • Hospice support
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Medication reminders (non-medical)
  • Mental and physical stimulation
  • Errands, appointments, and outings
  • Memory care support
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment

Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs and bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching as needed.
