Home Care Assistance is seeking experienced, compassionate professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care to hospice patients and their families. Compensation and Financial Incentives
- Base Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on verifiable experience).
- Bi-Weekly Bonus: $175 attendance bonus every two weeks.
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comfort measures and dignity-focused care for hospice patients.
- Assist with personal care including bathing, hygiene, and grooming.
- Execute safe transfers and ambulation (up to 150 lbs. with assistive devices).
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to both patients and their families.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional hospice or end-of-life caregiving experience (verifiable).
- Availability: Minimum of 24 hours per week.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Compliance: Must pass a comprehensive background check, driving record review, and drug screen.
