Job Summary

Aniyas Heart is actively hiring to build our Caregiver Team as we expand and accept new clients. We're looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who have a heart for helping others to fill upcoming Part-Time and Per Diem positions. Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
• Provide light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, maintaining a safe environment)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide medication reminders according to care plans
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and care notes
• Follow client care plans and agency safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and supervisors

Caregiver Requirements

• Active CNA certification OR experience working as a PCA/Caregiver
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to assist with personal care and mobility support
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Current TB test and CPR certification required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
