THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

SHORT SHIFTS WITH EXTRA PAY We understand short shifts should still be worth your time. All 2 and 3 hour shifts receive an additional $8 per hour. 


WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

This is meaningful, hands-on caregiving for clients who value consistency, trust, and compassionate support. Your role makes a real difference in daily life.

  • Providing standby assistance and monitoring for fall risk
  • Assisting with safe transfers using a Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
  • Supporting personal care needs including bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Helping with daily living activities based on individualized care plans
  • Offering hospice support with empathy and respect
  • Building companionship through genuine conversation and presence
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
  • Giving medication reminders according to care plans
  • Encouraging mental and physical stimulation
  • Supporting clients with memory care needs
  • Driving clients in Franklin to errands and appointments
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living environment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds safely


 SCREENING AND SAFETY
