Earning potential:


Top caregivers earn $36,000 to $39,000 per year Part-time caregivers commonly earn $20,000 to $26,000 per year


THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF: 


  • You have at least 1 year of in-home caregiving experience
  • You have hands-on experience with transfers using a Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
  • You are comfortable driving clients in Glendale, WI and surrounding areas to errands and appointments
  • You can pass a drug screen and criminal background check on Day 1
  • You want consistent, predictable shifts every week

Available SHIFTS·

  • Available weekdays and weekends
  • Shift times include:
  • 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Same shifts. Same days. Every week.
  • No cherry-picking of shifts.


SHORT SHIFTS WITH EXTRA PAY We understand short shifts should still be worth your time. All 2 and 3 hour shifts receive an additional $8 per hour. 


WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE (SKILLED CARE ONLY)


This is meaningful, hands-on caregiving for clients who value consistency and trust.


  • Standby assist and fall-risk monitoring
  • Transfers using Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
  • Personal care including bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assistance with daily living activities based on care plans
  • Hospice support
  • Companionship and real conversation
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Mental and physical stimulation
  • Memory care support
  • Driving clients to errands and appointments in Franklin
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds


 SCREENING AND SAFETY

We protect our clients and caregivers. A drug screen and background check are required before orientation. Clear expectations mean a smooth, fast hiring process.

  • Starting pay of $15 to $17 per hour, based on experience
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
