As Milwaukee’s trusted home care agency, we offer full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight, and daytime caregiver opportunities for experienced caregivers who want consistent weekly schedules, reliable hours, and the support of a team that understands the physical and emotional commitment caregiving requires. • Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle
• At least 1 year of in-home caregiving experience
• Hands-on experience with transfers, Hoyer lift, and gait belt
• Willingness to drive clients to errands and appointments
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (we pay for it)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties

Available ShiftsSame days. Same times. Every week.

• Weekend shifts Available9:00am – 5:00pm
• 8:00am – 12:00pm
• 6:00pm – 8:00pm
• 8:00pm – 8:00am

All 2- and 3-hour shifts receive extra hourly pay of $8/hour in addition to regular hourly pay.Our focus on permanent client assignments, consistent weekly schedules, and reliable hours, eliminates constant worries about schedule changes, shift swapping, and last minute surprises" [that are so commonplace in other home care agencies.

Your Role as a Caregiver

• Your care makes a real difference in someone’s daily life. Responsibilities include:
• Stand-by assistance and fall risk monitoring
• Safe transfers using Hoyer lift and gait belt
• Personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting daily activities based on individualized care plans
• Hospice and memory care support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
