We are seeking an outstanding Client Care Coordinator to join our award-winning team. The heart of this role is conducting client quality care visits — building close, trusting relationships with clients and families while ensuring care is delivered with dignity, compassion, and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm M-F
