We are seeking an outstanding Client Care Coordinator to join our award-winning team. The heart of this role is conducting client quality care visits — building close, trusting relationships with clients and families while ensuring care is delivered with dignity, compassion, and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct regular quality care visits to ensure clients receive the best possible care
  
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families
  
• Monitor and update care plans as needs change
  
• Provide hands-on training for caregivers in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  
• Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to support seamless care delivery
  
  

Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm M-F

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services (required)
  
• Ability to provide hands-on ADL training to caregivers
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Comfortable resolving difficult interpersonal dynamics between families and caregivers with tact and empathy
  
• A compassionate leader who sees caregiving as a calling and believes in elevating the profession of caregiving.
