POSITION SUMMARY:This is our highest level caregiver for in home elder care. You will mentor new caregivers, help to start new clients and represent our company with your quality care and standards!

  • hourly Rate $17 - $19 per hour for skilled CNA or Caregiver for home care setting. Rate determined by your skill level for shower assist, dressing, grooming, diapering, transfer assist with gait belt, use of hoyer, dementia care and weekend availability.
  • SET Scheduling, bi weekly pay, Full time shifts higher pay based on weekend availability
  • Tuition Assistance to grow in the field of your choice.
  • Time off starts accruing day one to help keep you safe and healthy
  • Position is set hours, but you work different clients to fill gaps, start new clients, and help train new caregivers.
  • We pay time and mileage to drive to the different clients you may be working with in our coverage territory during a work day.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable car to drive clients' homes.
  • have caregiver or CNA level skills to bath, assist client with transfers (higher pay for hoyer/dementia experience) for clients in home, assisted living or senior living community settings.
