Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Provide companionship and assist with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, turning, repositioning)
• Prepare meals and support with light housekeeping (laundry, kitchen cleanup)
• Offer medication reminders
• Ensure client safety and report any changes or concerns to the care team
• Maintain a supportive, professional relationship with clients and their families
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and car insurance
