POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides non-medical home care services to clients in their personal residences. Caregivers support clients with activities of daily living and promote their independence and well-being. Responsibilities may include companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with non-medical daily living activities such as: Companionship Light housekeeping and laundry Meal preparation and shopping Medication reminders Dressing and bathing assistance
- Provide care according to company policies and individual care plans
- Report any changes in client condition to the Referral Coordinator
- Complete documentation and care logs accurately
- Maintain proper personal appearance and professional behavior
- Use proper lifting techniques to ensure client and caregiver safety
- Communicate regularly with family, client, and Assisting Hands staff
- Follow schedules strictly and arrive on time

- Dependable, friendly, caring, and adaptable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and get along with others
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Must be eligible to be bonded and insured
- CPR Certification (must be obtained before accepting any shift)
- Previous caregiving experience
