Position Requirements

· Background Check

· Current AZ Driver’s License

· Drug-testing

· Reliable vehicle for transportation

· Smartphone

Client care requirements

· Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions

· Ambulation assistance

· Assist with Dressing

· Turning, repositioning, and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed

· Incontinence care and Toileting assistance

· Medication reminders only

· Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team

· Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety

· Transport clients to appointments, errands, etc.

Job Types: Part-time-Full-time

Experience: 6 months minimum of experience. Nursing and CNA students are encouraged to apply!
