POSITION SUMMARY:

Why Caregivers Choose Assisting Hands

Caregiving is not just what you do, it is who you are. You show up with patience, compassion, and strength, often putting others first without expecting recognition. At Assisting Hands Home Care, we see that dedication, and we believe caregivers deserve to be treated with the same care and respect they give every day.
We have been serving our community for over 10 years, and the reason we are able to provide such high-quality care is simple: we take care of our caregivers. When you join our team, you are supported, listened to, and valued. You will never feel alone in your role. A nurse is always available to support you, and our scheduling team is accessible 24/7 to help you succeed and feel confident in your work. And yes, we pay weekly, because we believe you should be paid promptly for the important work you do.

Shifts That Fit Your Life

We understand that caregivers have families, responsibilities, and lives outside of work. That is why we offer a wide range of shift options so you can build a schedule that works for you:

  • 4-hour shifts
  • Morning and afternoon shifts
  • 12-hour day shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekend-only shifts

Whether you want full-time hours or just a few consistent shifts, we will work with you.
