POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and ensure the client's needs are met
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care
- Understanding of caregiving principles and practices
- Knowledge of hospice care is a plus
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
